Readiness, not merit
What the Claim Readiness Snapshot is — and what it is not.
Readiness measures how complete and organized your information is. It is deliberately not a prediction of legal outcome or value.
What it does
- Summarizes the information you provided
- Identifies documents and details that appear to be missing
- Flags time-sensitive matters that may require prompt professional review
- Prepares a practical checklist and questions for a consultation
What it does not do
- Determine whether you have a valid legal claim
- Estimate or promise compensation
- Assess liability or fault
- Replace advice from a licensed Ontario lawyer or paralegal
Readiness is not a measure of legal merit. Only a licensed Ontario lawyer or paralegal can advise you on whether you have a claim.
