We collect the account details you provide, the answers you enter in your assessment, and the documents you choose to upload. We collect only what is needed to produce your Claim Readiness Snapshot and maintain your secure file.
Health information
Some information you enter may be health information. We treat it as sensitive, store it in a private, access-controlled store, and never sell it or make it available for advertising purposes.
Consent and sharing
Your file is not shared with any participating firm or third party unless you grant express consent. Each grant is scoped to specific information and a specific recipient, is recorded, and can be withdrawn at any time from your consent centre.
Retention and deletion
You may delete individual documents at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and file. Some records of consent activity are retained where required for accountability purposes.
Security
Documents are stored in a private bucket with owner-scoped access rules. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account and to recipients you have expressly authorized.
