The service
AccidentProof provides self-directed tools to organize information about an accident and to produce a Claim Readiness Snapshot. It is an information and organization service, not a legal service.
No lawyer–client relationship
Using this site does not create a lawyer–client relationship with AccidentProof or with any participating firm. A relationship with a firm arises only through that firm's own retainer process.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not upload records belonging to another person without their permission.
Participating firms
Participating firms pay fixed platform fees. Listings are not endorsements, and AccidentProof does not supervise, control, or guarantee the services of any firm.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting stored files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccidentProof is not liable for decisions made in reliance on automated readiness information or for missed limitation periods or deadlines.
